To request a return, please contact us at support@mirrormode.nl and include your order number. Our team will then send you the return instructions.

Return conditions:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be in the original packaging

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within a few business days.
