14-day return policy

Not satisfied with your purchase? You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. No questions asked, no hassle.

Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Unused and in original condition
• Provided with all labels and tags
• The original packaging contains (if possible)

How to return?

1. Contact us via support@mirrormode.nl
2. State your order number and the reason for the return
3. You will receive return instructions within 24 hours.
4. Return the package according to the instructions

Refund

As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days . The amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment.

Return costs

Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or we have made a mistake.
