1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via www.mirrormode.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Range and prices

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and the range of products. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Ordering

An agreement is concluded as soon as you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse orders.

4. Payment

Payment is made via our secure payment environment. We accept iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other common payment methods. Your order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. The delivery time is 2-5 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free.

6. Right of return

You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of your order. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please contact us via support@mirrormode.nl for return instructions.

7. Warranty

All products come with the statutory warranty. In the event of defects, you can contact us for a solution.

8. Liability

MirrorMode is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. Read our privacy policy for more information.

10. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
